    Courtney Rogers Perrin and Bill Purcell Named ‘Best of the Bar’ by Nashville Business Journal

Two Frost Brown Todd attorneys were named to the Nashville Business Journal’s 2023 “Best of the Bar” rankings. Partners Courtney Rogers Perrin and Bill Purcell both made the list, which recognizes the top 100 attorneys in Nashville. Winners are nominated by the public and then selected through closed voting. Extra weight is given to votes that come from outside the nominees firm or company.

Perrin’s practice focuses on supporting companies in the finance industry, including digital assets, fintech, and payment arenas. Perrin advises on buying and selling businesses, setting up entities and operations in a compliant manner, and providing contracts and policy documentation.

Purcell advises both public entities and the private sector. He served eight years as the Mayor of Nashville as well as five terms in the Tennessee House of Representatives, serving as Majority Leader. He has extensive experience sponsoring and passing legislation that impacts businesses across numerous industries and has been focused on advising clients with legal and policy concerns throughout Tennessee.
