Frost Brown Todd serves as coordinating counsel for the franchisees of a large well known fast food restaurant business in connection with loss of over $100 million in connection with the alleged contamination of certain food products with bacteria sold at the restaurant in 2006. These lost profit claims include claims under the insurance polices heldby a large percentage of the franchisees for the lost profits (suit presently pending in New Jersey state court) and claims against those involved in the production and distribution of the products.
