Audra focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate estate and trust administration, planning for retirement benefit distributions, business succession planning, asset protection planning, charitable gift planning, and planning for federal gift and estate tax, generation-skipping transfer tax, and individual and fiduciary income tax.
She counsels individuals and families in all areas of wealth transfer planning and business succession planning and has extensive experience drafting Wills, revocable trusts, conduit and accumulation trusts for retirement plan distributions, generation skipping trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, private settlement agreements to modify trusts, gift tax returns, and installment sales to trusts.
Audra recently graduated from the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s Cincy Next program for emerging leaders in the Cincinnati region. She has spoken at several seminars on various topics related to wealth transfer planning and has had articles published in the Probate Law Journal of Ohio. Audra earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
