Employment Discrimination & Wrongful Termination

From the administrative charge process through multiple party trials, we represent employers in claims brought by employees alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and both common law and tort claims under state law. We also work with employers to update their employment policies and practices to minimize the risks associated with such claims.
