Yuning is an associate in the Commercial Finance group. She has extensive real estate, corporate and tax experience in the multifamily industry, particularly in the areas of affordable housing. She represents investors, syndicators, and developers in structuring and closing real estate transactions involving state and federal low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, and multiple layers of financing, including federal, state, and local loan and grant programs.
While in law school, Yuning served as the Notes Editor for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies and received the Outstanding Editor award. She also served on the executive board of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, volunteered as a certified tax preparer for the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and worked as a certified legal intern at Indiana University Student Legal Services.
