Jeff has been an attorney practicing corporate law with Frost Brown Todd since 1997. He has assisted public and private clients in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of numerous mergers and acquisitions and related financings. Jeff has worked with companies in various industries including: coal mining, electric utility, renewable energy, automotive, equine, information services, hemp production, construction, banking, medical device, restaurant, ISP, website design, real estate, and general manufacturing. Jeff also represents owners, landlords, tenants and borrowers in the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of commercial and industrial real estate.
