Biography

Stephen represents developers, owners, investors, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, and managers in the, servicing, leasing, financing, purchase, sale, development and management of commercial and industrial real estate properties. His experience includes involvement on the development real estate properties, institutional and governmental financing, TIF financing, title, survey, zoning and other property issues. Stephen also advises clients in tax and organizational structuring of entities and transactions, partnership taxation, and the renewables industry on the management, purchase, sale and leasing of oil and mineral rights.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephen served was the Head of Special Assets Committee for Real Estate and Closely Held Companies at Stock Yards Bank & Trust.
