Siyu is an associate in the Commercial Finance Practice Group in the Louisville office. She focuses her practice on supply chain management and related commercial transactions, including negotiating and drafting manufacturing agreements, purchasing or supply terms and conditions, distribution agreements, and software services agreements. In addition, Siyu has experience in assisting franchisors with development of franchise disclosure documents and other FTC Amended Franchise Rule compliance issues.
During her time in law school, Siyu was a J.D. affiliate of the Center for Constitutional Design. She also served as a Managing Editor on the Indiana Journal of Constitutional Design and as the President of the International Student Association. In 2019 and 2020, Siyu participated in the 27th Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot.
