Biography

Sarah’s practice focuses on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions primarily representing institutional lenders in complex real estate transactions. While in law school, Sarah was an active member of the Women’s Law Caucus and the Business Law Society. Prior to law school, Sarah earned her Bachelor’s in Political Science at the University of Louisville.
