Biography

Richard (Rick) Sarcone focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has represented a wide variety of clients as plaintiffs and defendants at all stages of the litigation process, including pre-suit investigation, motion practice, trial and appeal.

Rick has significant experience litigating business competition disputes, many of which involve alleged trade secret theft, non-competes and tortious interference claims. Rick’s practice spans state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Rick was an associate at a trial boutique in New York City, an Ohio-based AmLaw 200 law firm, and clerked for the Honorable Eugene E. Siler, Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
