Biography

Nicole focuses her practice in complex litigation, specializing in commercial disputes, tort claims, and insurance matters. She practices in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Nicole was a judicial law clerk in an Ohio common pleas court where she wrote judgment entries adjudicating contract breaches, trust and estate contests, oil and gas leases, discovery disputes, and a variety of other state-law claims.

Nicole graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While in law school, she was a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge Chelsey M. Vascura in the Southern District of Ohio. She also served on the Ohio State Law Journal as a staff editor and articles editor, and she competed on the Moot Court National Championship Competition Team.
