Biography

Nathan provides comprehensive support in all phases of real estate transactions, from document preparation to closing. He manages a wide range of national acquisitions and leases where he assists in reviewing title commitments, title summaries, objection letters, legal descriptions, zoning reports, traffic and acoustical studies, environmental assessments, and American Land Title Association (ALTA) survey reviews. Nathan assists clients with coordination among title companies and counterparties to facilitate smooth closings.
