Biography

Keaston is an Associate in the Commercial Finance practice group. He has experience with a wide range of general business matters including corporate finance and lending, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd in 2024, Keaston practiced at prominent international law firms in Atlanta and served as in-house counsel for a large manufacturer of flat-rolled aluminum products. Keaston earned his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law. During law school, Keaston served as a member of the Emory Law Journal.
