Jeremey focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, insurance and tort defense, real estate litigation, and appellate litigation. He represents clients in a wide array of complex litigation at the federal and state levels in a variety of different industries.
Jeremey has helped clients navigate cases involving breach of contracts, business disputes, estate litigation, real estate litigation, land use and zoning, insurance defense, and premises liability. Jeremey also counsels clients pre-litigation to assist them in finding business solutions to potential litigation before it commences.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Jeremey was an associate at a health care defense firm in Knoxville, Tennessee. His practice focused on defending healthcare providers and corporations in malpractice lawsuits, federal civil rights and correctional healthcare defense, and general civil litigation.
Born in Princeton, West Virginia and raised in Savannah, Georgia, Jeremey served as an editor for the Mississippi Law Journal while in law school.
