Jena collaborates with hiring managers across all Frost Brown Todd offices to bring the right business professionals onboard for the firm. Her diverse skills and experience developed in the legal community give her valuable insights in recruiting and retaining top talent to support our attorneys.
Jena is a prime example of how our firm promotes from within. She began her FBT career as an administrative assistant then moved into the Indianapolis office manager role. From there, she was promoted to Human Resources Talent Manager. Her responsibilities include recruiting and hiring the firm’s nonlegal positions. She also partners with the Chief Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Belonging Officer to implement new systems and processes to prevent unconscious bias and support a representative and inclusive workforce.
Throughout her career, Jena has been involved in new hires, training, employee communications and client development initiatives. She exemplifies customer service and plays a key role in building camaraderie among business professionals and attorneys. As a former college basketball player, Jena was involved with the recruitment of incoming players and implemented action driven initiatives on campus to enhance the student athletic experience.
