James is an attorney in the Commercial Finance practice group. He works with developers, investors, lenders, and syndicators in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, structuring and closing new construction and rehabilitation deals involving state and federal low-income housing tax credits, historical rehabilitation tax credits, and complex financing, including federal, state and local grant and loan programs.
James is based in the Louisville office and works on transactions across the country with attorneys from the firm’s various offices. He joined the firm in 2022 after graduating from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. Prior to law school, was a four-year collegiate rugby player at the University of Louisville.
