Biography

Grace is an Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group. Previously, Grace served as a Law Clerk at GE Aerospace. In that role, she specialized in reviewing and drafting contracts across multiple practice areas. Grace also contributed her expertise in arbitration matters and provided recommendations related to labor and employment issues. She conducted comprehensive research and drafted memoranda supporting her findings, particularly in complex areas such as cybersecurity and data privacy. Beyond her regular duties, Grace was dedicated to pro bono work, where she played a role in drafting and revising lease agreements for clients in need. Grace worked at the firm as a 2022 Summer Associate.
