Biography

Dean is an attorney in the Nashville office, where he focuses his practice on Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) transactions, representing institutional lenders in complex real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Dean represented developers, financial institutions and national, regional and community banks, in connection with commercial and industrial financing, asset-based lending and real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

While in law school, Dean served as an executive editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
