David is an Associate in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, David served as a law clerk for the Hon. Brian F. Kenney of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. While in law school, David served as a federal bankruptcy intern for Chief Judge Michael B. Kaplan of the District of New Jersey, and as a federal judicial extern for the Hon. Andre M. Espinosa, U.S. Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
David also served as Editor in Chief for the Rutgers Business Law Review, and he was selected as a Fellow for the National Council of Bankruptcy Judges’ Diversity Program. Prior to law school, David was a clinician for a community mental health center in Denver, CO, where he received national recognition for his work supporting individuals with mental health and addiction challenges.
