Daniella is an experienced litigator who represents companies in business disputes ranging from privately held and family businesses to publicly traded companies in all industries, including but not limited to energy, manufacturing, data and technology. Daniella is adept at all phases of litigation as she has handled matters from pre-suit negotiation all the way through trial, both in state and federal court. While she primarily concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, Daniella has handled numerous employment disputes involving non-competition and non-solicitation issues.
Daniella has also successfully defended individuals in confidential investigations led by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Her ability to speak German, French, and English on a native level has also proven to be a successful asset to her practice.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Daniella practiced at a well-respected full-service business firm in Dallas.
Taken over 20 high-stakes depositions in lawsuits ranging in worth from $3-90 million.
Assisted in depositions in Switzerland representing the plaintiff that resulting in settlement of full dispute amount (over $5.5 million) and all attorneys’ fees.
Defended a temporary injunction hearing in which plaintiff sought to freeze all of defendants’ assets.
