Biography

Chaney is a member of the Commercial Finance Practice Group. Her role at the firm is to assist attorneys in their representation of lenders in complex loan transactions.  Chaney’s responsibilities include drafting loan documents, reviewing required due diligence items, and daily communication with clients.  Prior to joining FBT, Chaney assisted attorneys representing lenders and real estate developers. Chaney has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, working at both large national financial institutions and start-up community banks.
