Catherine is an associate in the Corporate Law practice group. Catherine focuses on regulatory compliance, transactional and corporate law matters in the healthcare industry.
Catherine graduated cum laude from Notre Dame Law School. During her time in law school, she served as the President of the Health Law Society, an editor for the Notre Dame Journal on Emerging Technology and a member of the competition Transactional Team. Catherine also completed externships at Rush University Medical Center and Summa Health System, as well as a judicial externship with the Honorable Judge John M. Williams of the Hamilton County Juvenile Court.
Prior to law school, Catherine earned her bachelorโs degree in Neuroscience from the University of Cincinnati.
