Brock is an associate in the Indianapolis office of Frost Brown Todd, focusing on business litigation. He works with the Supply Chain Industry team by assisting them with various drafting and research as it relates to transportation law and the needs of carriers and brokers within the transportation space. Brock also reviews and drafts due diligence materials as it relates to the acquisition of transportation entities.
Brock’s practice also includes Real Estate and Government Services. He assists real estate clients by drafting purchase agreements for various commercial entities and reviews commercial and residential leases for landlords and tenants. He works with the Government Services team in researching various issues related to township governance and compliance with Indiana Code; drafting various resolutions to be used by town council for implementing various township projects and amending township ordinances; and assisting with township’s compliance to APRA requests.
He joined the firm in January of 2021 after graduating cum laude from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
