Frost Brown Todd represents a La Jolla, California-based provider of on-hold music and messaging devices. We represented the client in the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, in a matter that settled in late September 2009, after three years of contentious litigation. The matter involved claims of patent infringement filed by Info-Hold alleging that the client had infringed various Info-Hold patents related to programmable on-hold message devices that are connected to a business telephone system to play music and audio messages through the phone system to callers on hold.
