McDermott v. Sauter

Collision between an automobile and a motorcycle, in which the motorcycle operator, defendant, was traveling on a residential street and the plaintiff was backing her automobile out of a driveway where she had pulled into in order to turn around. The case was defended solely on the issue of liability. Plaintiff had allegedly serious injuries.
