  • Frost Brown Todd’s Denver Office Grows with Addition of Partner Michael Freimann

Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has added partner Michael Freimann to its growing Denver office.

Freimann advises clients on a full spectrum of employment law, traditional labor/union and commercial disputes. He is a skilled trial attorney and a former assistant general counsel for a Fortune 200 company, allowing him to understand both his clients’ legal and business needs.

Freimann’s work has extended to a full spectrum of employment issues, from negotiating executive employment agreements to compensation, disciplinary actions including termination, and enforcement of noncompete agreements.

“Michael’s unique experience allows him to effectively resolve labor and employment issues that help our clients achieve their objectives. His strength is in strategizing and creating favorable outcomes,” said Jeff Lindemann, FBT’s Labor and Employment Practice Group Leader.

The addition of Freimann to FBT’s Denver office represents a continuation of the firm’s commitment to growing its presence in the Rocky Mountain regional markets. FBT launched its Denver office in April 2024, extending its expertise in real estate, business transactions, commercial bankruptcy, litigation and financial services to new and existing clients in Colorado. Freimann is the 10th attorney to join FBT Denver.

“Michael has a long track record of successfully resolving contentious matters for clients both at trial and through alternative dispute resolution. He’s respected within the business community in Colorado and will be a tremendous asset to our Denver team,” said John Kellogg, FBT Denver’s Partner-in-Charge.

Freimann has more than 25 years of legal experience. He is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and completed his undergraduate studies at Lafayette College. He is licensed to practice in Colorado and Utah.

FBT’s Labor and Employment team has a top tier ranking, a proven litigation track record, and a reputation for integrity and competency with clients, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and various state civil rights agencies. FBT counsels some of the nation’s leading companies on employee and union matters, offering guided counsel and aggressive litigation if needed.
