For the 10th consecutive year, Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has achieved a perfect rating on the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI), an annual benchmarking survey that evaluates companies on their policies and practices to foster inclusion and equitable opportunities for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) employees. FBT joins more than 750 organizations in the U.S. to earn top marks for 2025 and thus receive the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion designation from the HRC.
This also marks an important milestone for FBT’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) efforts. The firm first participated in the CEI survey in 2015 and has earned this honor every year since, in recognition of its continued commitment to build and sustain a culture that supports the well-being and advancement of all attorneys and business professionals.
“Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging have long been core values at Frost Brown Todd, and we maintain our commitment to fostering a workplace that empowers our attorneys and business professionals to show up as their authentic selves,” said FBT Chief Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Officer Nirvana Dove. “We are grateful to the Human Rights Campaign for providing this important benchmarking tool and the undeniable impact it has had in driving LGBTQ+ inclusion and equality. Only through a culture of genuine inclusion, which actively seeks out diverse perspectives and promotes belonging, can we continue to deliver the innovative and impactful service that Frost Brown Todd’s clients expect and value.”
CEI criteria rate companies in four areas focusing on inclusive employment policies and practices, including equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ employees, as well as demonstrated action to foster LGBTQ+ inclusion in both the workplace and broader community.
