Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has added Counsel Nick Maxwell to the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Maxwell is a trial lawyer who has experience in all stages of litigation and has successfully tried many civil cases, including numerous jury trials. His practice also includes insurance defense and personal injury defense matters. Additionally, Maxwell has represented clients in FINRA arbitration proceedings.
Outside his legal practice, Maxwell is active in his community. He currently serves as a volunteer for the City of Danville, California, and was previously a Chairman of the Board for Mahaska-Wapello Early Childhood Iowa and a Board Member on the Ottumwa Chamber of Commerce.
Maxwell is a graduate of University of Iowa College of Law and did his undergraduate studies at San Diego State University. He is licensed to practice in California and Iowa.
