Becky is a member in Frost Brown Todd’s Louisville office. She concentrates her practice in the areas of estate and gift tax planning for high net worth clients, fiduciary responsibility, fiduciary tax planning, retirement planning, spousal rights and estate and trust administration, with the focus on accumulation and preservation of wealth. She also has extensive experience in the drafting and implementation of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, limited liability companies, and installment sales to trusts. Becky represents individuals, families and business owners with regards to succession planning, business organization and complex tax matters.
Becky is a member of the Louisville Bar Association, where she served as the Chair and Vice Chair of the Probate Section. She is also the past President of the Estate Planning Council of Louisville. In addition, she has also contributed her time to the Women Lawyers Association and the Junior League of Louisville.
