Biography

As a former general counsel of a large transportation company, Stacey understands what her clients are trying to accomplish. She knows firsthand the issues that come across their desk and her goal is to find creative and cost-effective solutions to their legal problems. As general counsel, Stacey was involved with all aspects of intermodal transportation, including rail, real estate, corporate compliance and governance, employment, contract, and litigation matters. Her experience includes negotiating, drafting, and interpreting a wide range of commercial agreements, advising on regulatory matters, and management of a wide variety of litigation matters.

Stacey represents clients in the transportation and logistics industry, assisting them with intermodal, regulatory, litigation, corporate, employment, and contract matters.

Stacey is also Chief Administrative Officer of Transaction Expeditors (TE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Frost Brown Todd. TE is a strategic technology & innovation company with deep experience in the insurance, transportation and mergers & acquisition verticals.
