Biography

Kris has more than two decades of business, civil and employment litigation experience handling a wide range of complex legal disputes for business, company and individual clients including representation at the federal, state and local levels through trial, jury, injunction hearings, arbitration, mediation, administrative, mass tort, and appeal proceedings, and class and collective actions.  Kris’s experience includes representing fortune 100 companies and has covered legal matters in the healthcare, real estate, insurance, medical billing, construction, professional services, hospitality, and automotive industries.

Kris also has an employment law background built on substantial experience with employment litigation, consultation and guidance, contracts, and EEOC and ICRC proceedings. His employment work has included issues regarding discrimination, non-compete, non-solicitation, employment policies, employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, wage and hour, leave, sex abuse, fiduciary and shareholder disputes, ERISA, hostile work environment, and trade secrets.

Kris enjoys forming long-term relationships with in-house counsel he serves to provide counseling and strategy before an issue escalates and exploring creative solutions once a claim is asserted.

Kris has a diverse legal background and has built his reputation on a devoted work ethic, determining a path of resolution that fits the complexity of the dispute and the clients’ desired outcome, in a cost-efficient manner, while mindful to protect the client’s rights and business interests.
