His clients were involved in a wide variety of corporate and business transactions including liquidity and exit events, financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and private equity investment. His practice is industry agnostic with clients in a variety of businesses – exploration and production, midstream, downstream, energy and natural resources, software development, financial services, construction, real estate, technology, transportation, and health care.
