Biography

Eddy has counseled and represented Private Equity portfolio companies, management teams, investment funds, investors, family businesses, and buyers and sellers of businesses during his 40 years of legal experience. His clients were involved in a wide variety of corporate and business transactions including liquidity and exit events, financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and private equity investment. His practice is industry agnostic with clients in a variety of businesses – exploration and production, midstream, downstream, energy and natural resources, software development, financial services, construction, real estate, technology, transportation, and health care.
