Chris focuses his practice in the areas of commercial services, finance, and real estate, and represents financial institutions, lenders, sponsors, and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending transactions. Chris also represents clients in general business and commercial matters.
In addition, Chris has experience serving as special counsel to counties and states in conjunction with the structuring, negotiation and financing of some of the region’s most transformative redevelopment and infrastructure projects, including stadium developments, riverfront developments, and large-scale transportation infrastructure projects.

Represented agent and lead lender in $55,000,000 loan to private equity sponsor for portfolio company operating capital and acquisitions.

Represented borrower in $25,000,000 management fee facility.

Represented borrower in amending existing $158,000,000 operating and acquisition loan.

Represent stadium owner in development and lease related matters.
