Chris focuses his practice in the corporate, private equity, and venture spaces. He has experience representing clients in debt and equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and general business and commercial matters.
In addition, Chris has experience working with professional sports teams and professional sports stadium owners. Chris has served as outside counsel to professional sports stadium owners providing advisory services relating to capital projects and facility lease matters.
Chris also serves as special counsel to counties and states in conjunction with the structuring, negotiation and financing of some of the region’s most transformative redevelopment and infrastructure projects, including sports facility adjacent developments and large-scale transportation infrastructure projects.

Represented agent and lead lender in $55,000,000 loan to private equity sponsor for portfolio company operating capital and acquisitions.

Represented borrower in $25,000,000 management fee facility.

Represented borrower in amending existing $158,000,000 operating and acquisition loan.

Represent stadium owner in development and lease related matters.

Represent state agency in negotiation and documenting development agreements, construction documents, and other project matters.
