Biography

Alyson’s practice focuses on commercial real estate law and asset based commercial lending. She has extensive experience representing financial institutions and developers in drafting complex loan documents, as well as negotiating and drafting leases, purchase and sale agreements, acquisitions, coordination of title work and surveys and all closing and finance matters. Alyson also has experience in providing real estate counsel for development of wireless communication networks.
