Allison is a trial lawyer focusing her practice on fire and explosion, consumer product liability, and catastrophic injury defense. Admitted to practice in both Kentucky and Indiana, Allison represents a broad range of manufacturers in cases involving serious injury and wrongful death across the country. She has handled matters in dozens of states, but regardless of the venue, Allison focuses on the same core principles: learning the client’s products and understanding the client’s business. Allison’s litigation practice is further informed by her appellate experience, which provides valuable context both in pre-trial proceedings and in the courtroom.
