Practices with firm’s Intellectual Property group
Frost Brown Todd (FBT) continues to expand its Dallas office with the addition of intellectual property litigator and Partner Amy LaValle. LaValle assists clients in a variety of industries, including health care and technology, on both sides of patent and trademark cases in both federal courts and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
LaValle has more than 20 years of experience handling complex commercial and intellectual property litigation matters. She also handles transactional matters, including advising on corporate transactions and in the negotiation of intellectual property licenses and other technology-related agreements.
A graduate of Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, LaValle received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. She is a bencher and on the Planning Committee for the Barbara M.G. Lynn Inn of Court, and she serves the Genesis Women’s Shelter on the Host Committee for the 2023 First Ladies Bruncheon.
