Launched in 2021 amidst increased policymaking activity due to COVID-19, shifting control of Congress, and a new presidential administration, Frost Brown Todd’s Washington, D.C. office offers an experienced and well-networked team of attorneys with a presence in the nation’s capital, as well as in their home states of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia.

Overview

Members of the firm’s bipartisan D.C. roster have held high-ranking government positions at the national and state levels, in addition to serving in an advisory capacity to prominent lawmakers, cabinet members, and federal commissions. Others bring significant experience representing clients in diverse industry sectors before various federal regulatory, administrative and enforcement agencies.

Our D.C. office’s combination of public policy and regulatory experience, backed by the support of a full-service law firm with offices in key markets, carves out a unique value proposition: We can draw readily on our strong constituent-based relationships to provide clients with exclusive and actionable insights regarding the legal trends and developments that stand to greatly impact their industries. In so doing, Frost Brown Todd presents clients with a one-stop shop for regulatory and legislative services, promoting efficiency, communication, and collaboration.
