Biography

Keegan represents lenders, borrowers, loan servicers, owners, and investors in connection with a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions. His experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, triple-net sale-leaseback transactions, unsecured loan originations, and mortgage and mezzanine loan origination, servicing, and modification.

Keegan was previously a member of the Commercial Mortgage-backed Securities (CMBS) Practice Group at Frost Brown Todd where he represented institutional lenders. Prior to rejoining Frost Brown Todd, he worked on real estate transactions for a Vault 20 firm.
