Michael Allen is the newest partner of Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) Indianapolis office. He joins the Public Finance team where his work will focus on serving as bond counsel across various industries. His work primarily revolves around facilitating financing for public universities and assisting clients in transactions involving student and multifamily housing, advising clients on HUD loans, House Assistance Payment contracts and Ginnie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Fannie May enhancements. Additionally, he has also represented utility providers with bond issuance as well as government programs and entities including Indiana’s State Revolving Fund Program and the Indianapolis Airport Authority.
Michael earned his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Beyond his professional achievements, he is actively involved in the Indianapolis community. He proudly serves on the board of directors of the Urban League and Chair of the Indianapolis Housing Agency board of commissioners.
