Several attorneys from Frost Brown Todd’s Real Estate and Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice groups participated  in the International Council of Shopping Centers’ (ICSC) 2021 Retail Development & Law Symposium on April 22 and 23. Covering the OH, KY, IN, MI, and PA regions, the ICSC Symposium brings together leading legal counsel, financial advisors, and other industry stakeholders for an in-depth discussion of retail development trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities.

Christina (Chris) Sprecher*, who leads the firm’s Real Estate Practice, served as chair of the planning committee for this year’s ICSC Symposium and moderated the panel “I Will Survive (and Thrive): Getting Through the Pandemic as a Retailer.” Chris and her team have built a strong reputation in retail and shopping center development, leveraging their deep understanding of the industry into meaningful programming for conference attendees.
