Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has added corporate transactions and health care law Partner Jason Brace to its Corporate M&A and Private Equity practice in Nashville.

He will be a valuable addition for our clients in Nashville and across the country and will enhance Frost Brown Todd’s industry-specific strength in health care,” said James Giesel, chair of FBT’s Business Combinations and Capital Transactions practice group.
Brace represents private equity investors and their portfolio companies in complex corporate transactions, including acquisitions, recapitalizations, dispositions, mergers, joint ventures, securities offerings, and other capital-raising activities. His extensive experience in the health care sector, particularly in physician practice management, makes him a valuable addition to FBT’s team.
Brace works closely with his clients to help them achieve their goals. He has successfully handled the formation, acquisition, and sale of management services organizations across various specialties, including anesthesia, radiology and diagnostic imaging, pediatrics, emergency and family medicine, behavioral and home health, orthopedics, and gastroenterology. Brace has also worked with Dental Support Organizations, advising on their formation, acquisitions, and sales, navigating the regulatory complexities unique to the dental industry. In addition, Brace regularly represents clients in the home services and manufacturing industries, including roofing, HVAC, electrical, security monitoring, plumbing and injection molding companies.
Brace earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in Business Transactions from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he was a member of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law and served as a Student Attorney at the UT Legal Clinic. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business from the University of Tennessee.
A Nashville native, Brace is an active member of the Nashville, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations, as well as the American Health Law Association. He also served on the Alumni Board of Directors for Battle Ground Academy.
