Biography

Jason represents private equity investors and their portfolio companies on a wide range of complex corporate transactions, such as acquisitions, recapitalizations, dispositions, mergers, joint ventures, securities offerings, and other capital-raising initiatives.

Additionally, Jason brings substantial experience in the physician practice management sector, with respect to the formation, acquisition, and sale of management services organizations across various specialties, including anesthesia, radiology and diagnostic imaging, pediatrics and family medicine, behavioral and home health, orthopedics, and gastroenterology. He also has experience working with Dental Support Organizations (DSOs), advising on the formation, acquisition, and sale of DSOs, and navigating the regulatory complexities unique to the dental industry.
