Our featured guest speaker, Dr. Sudhir Dubey, a licensed psychiatrist and pain care specialist, will give an overview of what occurs during an IME (Independent Medical Exam) regarding psychological conditions, how the testing is done, what results mean and any red flags.

Workers’ Compensation Update
Panel discussion with Frost Brown Todd attorneys on current workers’ compensation issues which include initial claim allowance, compensation issues (including a decision of the recent Autozone Supreme Court case), and return to work issues.

U.S. Immigration Law Updates Under the New Trump Administration
This session will recap the latest executive orders and policies issued by the Trump Administration and what they mean for U.S. employers, particularly in the area of worksite enforcement.

What’s Next for Employers Under President Trump’s Second Administration?
This session will discuss the latest employment law developments under President Trump’s second administration, including Executive Orders, EEOC and DOL activity, and anticipated changes for employers moving forward.

Basics of Psychological IMEs for Ohio Workers’ Compensation Claims
Dr. Dubey will give an overview of what occurs during an IME (Independent Medical Exam) regarding psychological conditions. He will explain the testing done, what the results mean and any red flags.
