Frost Brown Todd (FBT) announced today that Brandon J. Kessinger has joined the firm as a partner and managing director in its Louisville office. A former executive with experience leading multi-plant manufacturing operations, Kessinger also assists industry clients with a diverse array of issues in corporate and commercial law.
With experience in both domestic and global operations, Kessinger consults for national and international corporations on issues including mergers and acquisitions, litigation, tax and real estate matters, environmental compliance, creditors’ rights, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. He also manages manufacturers’ legal affairs across commercial, employment and intellectual property matters, as well as in complex real and personal property divestitures.
Over the course of his career, Kessinger has implemented dramatic restructuring plans that focused on process improvements, workflow optimization and personnel rightsizing. He has two decades of experience in the highest levels of leadership at Tier 1 automotive suppliers, including as CEO, president, and general counsel.
“Brandon provides savvy counsel that addresses both the business and legal needs of manufacturers to help them achieve their objectives,” said Patricia Kirkwood Burgess, FBT’s Mobility Industry Team Leader. “His extensive network has been instrumental in fostering collaboration, driving business growth and navigating the dynamic landscape of the manufacturing industry.”
“Brandon’s signature strength is his ability to forge and leverage relationships across all levels of an organization to build environments that foster success,” said Jennifer Y. Barber, Louisville Office Partner-in-Charge. “He’s a real asset to the Louisville office as we continue to serve manufacturers throughout the Midwest and beyond.”
“I’m honored to work with such a talented group of attorneys and professionals at Frost Brown Todd, where I can leverage the full depth and breadth of my experience to add value to our clients’ businesses,” said Kessinger.
