Frost Brown Todd represented U.S. Bank National Association in working with a subsidiary of a national grocery chain and two regional banks to acquire 50+ in-store bank branch locations in Utah and Nevada, including negotiation and documentation of acquisition agreements with the regional banks, negotiation with the grocery chain to re-document certain key lease provisions contained in the master leases, attention to state bank regulatory issues in Nevada and assistance to the client on due diligence and pre-closing activities.
