Frost Brown Todd’s Glorify Mandima has been named to The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers in Indiana list for 2025. This recognition honors leading African American attorneys across the country who demonstrate exceptional legal skill, professional achievement, and commitment to advancing the legal community.
The National Black Lawyers (NBL) is a professional development and networking association comprised of the top African American lawyers from across the country. The honorees on the Top 40 Under 40 list are selected after a rigorous nomination and vetting process. Current members of the NBL nominate fellow attorneys who are evaluated based on a variety of factors, including notable achievements, settlements, and verdicts as a lawyer, and demonstrated leadership in other national and state specialty lawyer organizations.
Mandima focuses her practice on public finance, serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, and disclosure counsel in a range of municipal finance transactions. She works with public and private issuers, including governmental entities and public agencies, and provides guidance on matters related to public records, economic development, and corporate governance. Alongside her finance practice, she continues meaningful work supporting families through volunteer service with Kids’ Voice as a Guardian ad Litem.
