Defense of surety in case pending in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court against claims for bad faith by a claimant. Case involved claim by a payment bond claimant that the surety failed to process a payment claim in a proper fashion even though the claimant had been to arbitration and had its claim adjudicated and then paid. Motion for Summary Judgment was filed and claimant dismissed case without even responding.
