Law firm consolidates its Dallas offices to Rosewood Court
Rosewood Property Company today announced that Frost Brown Todd (FBT) law firm has consolidated two of its Dallas locations and will now occupy a floor at Rosewood Court in Uptown.
“We are thrilled to have one of the top law firms in Mid-America join Rosewood Court,” said Rick Perdue, president of Rosewood Property Company. “As a Class AA property, Rosewood Court provides the stellar amenities and excellent office environment that FBT needs to collaborate and best support their lawyers, staff and clients on a daily basis.”
FBT now occupies about 30,000 square feet on Rosewood Court’s 9th floor. The space offers an open concept to support the firm’s focus on collaboration and community, as well as incorporates a light and airy design that is welcoming to all.
“We have needed a place for all our attorneys to be under one roof for some time. We are excited that place is the iconic Rosewood Court in Uptown,” says FBT Dallas Member in Charge Dan Novakov. “Our team’s desire for a collaborative layout in Uptown made Rosewood Court the perfect choice. Rosewood has gone above and beyond to ensure our move was completed within the timeline we set when this process began at the beginning of the year.”
Megatel Homes recently moved its headquarters to Rosewood Court, and Flower Child restaurant opened in late 2019.
