Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has added Member Harlan Robins to the firm’s Real Estate group and Financial Services industry team. Robins has a strong retail practice with more than 30 years of experience working with national banks, developers and investors. He assists clients with the acquisition of land, development and leasing for offices, hotels and shopping centers, and joint venture formation. He has experience with debtor-in-possession financing and real estate-related counseling in corporate bankruptcies and reorganizations.

He is licensed to practice in Georgia and Ohio and has been recognized as America’s Leading Lawyers for Business in Real Estate Law Chambers USA® for 20 years running. Robins is in the Martindale-Hubbell® Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame, where he also has a Judicial AV Preeminent rating. The Legal 500® United States lists him as a Recommended Lawyer. He is also a Best Lawyers in America©, Lawyer of the Year in Real Estate and banking and finance law.
