Trust & Estate Litigation

Our team advises and advocates for corporate, institutional, and individual clients in disputes involving wills, trusts, estates, probate and trust administrations, and fiduciary responsibilities. We also handle pre-death conflicts, including concerns over capacity, undue influence, powers of attorney, and financial elder abuse. We advise beneficiaries, trustees, creditors, and other fiduciaries about the nature and extent of their rights and responsibilities. We combine legal precision with compassionate counsel to guide clients through emotionally charged disputes.

Our attorneys address a wide range of issues such as fiduciary breaches, mismanagement of assets, self-dealing, conflicts of interest, and improper distributions. We also represent clients in accounting disputes, petitions for court guidance, instrument reformations and fiduciary removals.
